Damian is skilled in human resources and organisational management. He is an experienced union organiser who, since 2015, has been responsible for advising more than 40 representatives, recruiting up to 600 new members, and managing over 2000 members. 

Damian grew up in Nelson before moving to Australia in 2015 and back again to join the AskRIGHT team in Christchurch. 

Damian experience and consulting services include major gift campaigns, bequest programmes and annual giving programmes. 

Damian is currently in an advisory role for The Catholic Diocese of Christchurch.
