Clare is a fundraising, marketing and governance professional with more than 25 years’ experience working in the not-for-profit sector in key leadership roles, for organisations large and small. With a track record of increasing fundraising income through the development and implementation of ambitious yet achievable plans, Clare also has extensive experience aligning marketing and fundraising strategies to deliver optimal performance in both areas. Supporting the long-term success of fundraising strategies through professional coaching is something Clare is passionate about.

In addition to holding management roles with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (UK), Barnardo’s New Zealand, Harbour Hospice, and Brainwave Trust Aotearoa in recent years, Clare has also served on a number of volunteer committees including FINZ Northern Region, COGS Rodney and North Shore LDC, Whangaparaoa School, and Whangaparaoa Tennis Club. Clare is currently a Trustee of Kahu Youth Trust.
Recent clients include SPCA, Bellyful, Gore Health, Mt Hutt College and Hibiscus Coast Anglican Parish and the Catholic Diocese of Christchurch.
