New Zealand College of Chiropractic is a global leader in Chiropractor education and training, internationally recognised as being best in class.
A well established donor programme has been running at the College for thirty years. With a new planning cycle and the delivery of a brand refresh taking place, New Zealand College of Chiropractic was keen to reinvigorate their donor programme in line with these pieces of work to step into the new year with a new, streamlined plan.
Project Summary
Our consultants became totally immersed in this project, doing a deep dive into results from the donation programme, speaking with internal and external stakeholders to understand their viewpoints and even undertaking a chiropractic adjustment to get closer to the work! It was important to be able to review and recommend on the opportunities for the College and also be able to suggest methods for efficient delivery of the programme moving forwards.
What we uncovered was an incredibly passionate community surrounding the College, some key efficiencies to streamline the current ask and an opportunity to structure giving requests around a membership model. At the heart of it all was the desire to build a culture of giving and deliver a Fundraising Strategy that would be effective, tangible and future proofed.

AskRIGHT delivered a comprehensive review of New Zealand College of Chiropractic’s current donation programme with future focused recommendations for how to set their programme up for success. We included a full appraisal of their current resources and suggested areas where efficiencies could be applied.
